Public recognition of donors occurs only with permission.

STARS does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.
Donors are encouraged to consult independent advisors regarding the tax implications of charitable contributions.

The Board of Directors maintains oversight of financial stewardship and capital allocation practices.
This includes review of:
